Welcome to Namibia!

AMT

By the end of 2021, we were finally ready to travel and meet up in real life, after two years of video calls and emails. The Dutchies grabbed their bags and came over to Windhoek, Namibia.

It was a week of intense meetings with our ambassadors, students, professors and new people who would think with us. Under a burning sun and a clear blue sky we had some fruitfull converstations.

Great News!

We kicked off the week with the fantastic new about our funding: we finally got the money we need to get started! The news was well received at UNAM, the University of Namibia.

We payed a visit to HESS, a couple of hours outside Windhoek. HESS is a telescope site for gamma waves and it’s bright red telescopes look quite impressive in the desolated landscape.
